Rwy 5: 700-3 w/min climb of 385’/NM to 1500, or 1600-3 for VCOA. Rwy 13: 300-2¼ or std w/min climb of 215’/NM to 900 or std and crossing DER 15’ above DER elev clears takeoff minimums 1600’ prior to DER. Rwy 31: 600-1¾ or std w/min climb of 640’/NM to 1300.

Rwy 5: climb on heading 053° to 2000 before turning left. Rwy 13: climb on heading 133° to 1700 before proceeding on course. Rwy 23: climb on heading 233° to 1600 before proceeding on course. Rwy 31: climb on heading 313° to 1800 before proceeding on course. VCOA Rwy 5: obtain ATC approval for VCOA when requesting IFR clearance. Climb in visual conditions to cross Meml Fld airport at or above 2000 before proceeding on course.
